Terms and Conditions
The offer is applicable for all Shinhan Visa cardholders who first time use Grab service in Thailand.
Offer 25% off per ride for payment made by Shinhan Visa card.
Maximum discount at THB70 per ride and limit to one redemption per user.
Customer must fill in "VISATH" in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as a payment method using Visa card for booking Grab Transport service.
The discount is applicable for JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium, GrabSUV, GrabVan on Grab platform within the service area in Thailand only.
Offers are available in a limited amount of 800 offers per month, on first come first served basis.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
Customer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
Shinhan Bank, Visa and Grab reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be deemed final.
