The pre-discount price is the full price of the selected room type/flights, which may differ room the price published by hotels/airlines/other entities or the standard retail price.

If the booing that the promo code was applied to fails, is cancelled, or is not paid for within the stipulated time frame , the promo code will be automatically returned to your account. It will then be available for use during the promotion period it was issued in, as long as the promo code was added to your Trip.com account in advance.
