Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web applications.
• Apply human-centered design principles to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive user journeys and workflows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs that effectively demonstrate user behavior, animations, and transitions.
• Develop high-quality visual designs using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, business requirements, and market trends to propose data-driven design solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), report issues through Slack, and manage defects and enhancement requests using Jira and Confluence.
• Validate application functionality following infrastructure changes, system upgrades, or migrations.
• Support application deployment, UAT activities, and post-deployment verification.
• Ensure application quality meets business, operational, and user experience standards.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Business Analyst, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design projects.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, visual design, interaction design, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, or other financial services applications is preferred.
• Ability to create, document, and maintain scalable design systems.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS concepts and front-end development constraints.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tracking tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working in a fast-paced banking, fintech, or startup environment.
