Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish new products and/or services based on current market’s trend and customer’s needs
• Working closely with all relevant units to grow sales of the bank’s products through direct sale & referrals
• Establishing a sale strategy and managing business performance
• Coordination and consultation regarding business activities
• Researching, analyzing financial trends
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with research, planning and creative team to develop brand strategies that drives rich creative thinking
• Build creative ideas or concept to ensure business activities growth
• Supporting activities related to banking operation
• Manage, support and simplify the process related to banking operation
• Prepare report, data to analyze on business activities
• Other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Affiliate of Business or related fields
• Experience and knowledge in the area of strategic Business Planning
• Experience of working and engaging with leaders and manager
• Minimum 1 year experiences in related fields
• Be able to work under pressure 
• Good command in spoken and written English is required
• Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
