Roles & Responsibilities

Maintaining good service to customer and be a role model to other staff tellers in term of customer satisfaction

Tackling all issues related with operation work and make sure all problems are solved in the legal and professional manner

Maintaining all banking operation work running smoothly

Mainly focus on Korean customers

Act as facilitator to ensure smooth banking operation of Korean customers
-
Other assigned tasks by Branch Manager

Other assigned tasks by Management
Minimum Requirements
-
Fluently in Korean for local candidates
-
Female Korean is a plus
-
Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields

Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related fields

Be able to work under pressure

Good command in spoken and written English is required

Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
