Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acting as a leader to other RMs in the bank, he/she must guide them, train them how to do the work properly, and check all loan document of RMs
• Maintaining good service to customer and be a role model to other staff RMs in term of customer satisfaction
• Tackling all issues related with loan work and make sure all problems are solved in the legal and professional manner
• Training their branch RMs in customer service, banking procedures and share any new updated guideline and policy to maintain RM’s acknowledgement and keep the customer service in standard base
• Maintaining all loan operation work running smoothly
• Performing as branch’s compliance/GA/Audit role
• Performing as consumer complaint channel within the branch
• Other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in related fields
• Experience in presenting and preparing proposal to recommend new products/services to the bank.
• Experience of leading, coaching and developing staff regarding to bank’s product
• Be able to work under pressure  
• Good command in spoken and written English is required
• Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
