Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accompany Branches for conducting all sites of arrears clients and court proceeding
- Investigate and thoroughly understand borrower problem, formulate strategies and solutions
- Actively monitors the financial performance of all PD loan
- Analyze original underwriting and appraisal to identify problem
- Prepare well-written report to line manager for consideration
- Perform special plan in a timely manner, as required
- Take charge of selling repossessed properties collateral assets or voluntary surrendered assets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract buyer through different channels
- Prepare marketing materials, property listings, and arrange property viewings with potential buyers.
- Work closely with legal and credit team to ensure smooth transfer of property ownership and settlement of loan.
- Other tasks assign by management.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related fields
- Minimum at least 2 years Banking Industry or it related to loan collection/ real estate or asset recovery
- More experience for negotiate, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
- Good command in spoken and written English is required, Korean Language is a plus.
- Computer skill in Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
