Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing research on properties within Phnom Penh & Provinces
• Develop & update process and procedure for property valuation
• Obtain real estate data, collect, verify and analyze property information and estimate property value by providing appraisals and consultation to branches
• Participate and prepare annual performance appraisal process and implement recommendation from improvement
• Prepare monthly accomplishment report and plan for weekly and monthly base
• Other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Technology or related fields
• Minimum 5 years Banking Industry or real estate evaluation experience or related field
• Good communication and problem solving
• Good command in spoken and written English is required, able to speak Korean is a plus
• Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
