Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing short and long term both Internal and External training strategies and programs
- Deliver training program, evaluation scheme, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness
- Training material publication and management
- Annual training survey and management
- Job knowledge test preparation and evaluation
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Other task assigned by the management
Minimum Requirement:
- At least 2 to 5 years commercial bank experience in HR department is preferable
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management is preferable or related fields
- Obtained high level of English Proficiency in both writing and speaking skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, and Power point are preferable
- Positive mental attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and team work
- Prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
